Palmetto St. Augustine is a shade tolerant grass but also thrives in full sun. (NOTE: For less than 3-4 hours of sunlight, we recommend the use of ground covers or mulches.) It has a softer texture, more frost tolerant, and recovers better than other St. Augustine varieties. Pictures |
JaMur Zoysia is much-improved replacement for other zoysiagrass cultivars. It is similar in appearance to a dwarf variety of St. Augustine. Its dense turf and blue-green color is the ideal choice for high visibility and high traffic residential and commercial applications, as well as an excellent golf course selection. It is shade, cold, and extremely drought tolerant (one of the most drought tolerant of grasses). Pictures |
